  • We accept private payment via credit/debit and HSA/FSA. Sliding scale fees and superbills are also available to all who inquire.

  • Integrated Healing is our holistic, mind-body service model that utilizes an intentionally curated team of providers and combination of services to support integration of your unique healing needs and goals across your mental, emotional, and lived experiences.

  • The most common concerns clients request support for are depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and life transitions, relationships, body image and self esteem. Please note this is not an exhaustive list.

    Our services are trauma-sensitive, social justice-informed, and rooted in nervous system regulation.

  • The most common concerns couples request support for are navigating transitional times, improving communication, and deepening trust, fulfillment and attachment within their relationships.

    We are allied with the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome all stages of relationships such as partnerships, pre-marital and newly married, married, separated/divorced, blended and beyond to Couples Therapy.

  • Our services are offered virtually from the safety and comfort of your natural environment to promote your success in reaching your therapeutic goals.

  • Our services are intentionally curated for clients who are 18+ and identify as women, femme, gender-fluid, gender-expansive, and non-binary.
