CONFIDENTIALITY
It is our responsibility and top priority to maintain your privacy and confidentiality. Everything discussed will remain confidential for the entirety of the therapeutic relationship and beyond. The nature of your therapeutic relationship will not be communicated with anyone without explicit permission to do so. Only under the following circumstances are we ethically required to breach confidentiality: a) with concern for safety of client or others, b) with concern for abuse or neglect of a child, elderly, or disabled person, c) in response to a qualifying court order.
INFORMED CONSENT
An informed consent document will be shared with you for your review and signature at the start of your therapeutic journey. This document outlines practice policies and mutual boundaries that are important to the success of your therapeutic relationship. Heidi Hulbig Mind Body Therapy social media platforms are used as an extension of the practice website. You will find posts about practice news and updates, invitations to connect, opportunities to sign up for services, collaborations with other providers, therapy resources offerings, etc. You will not find posts that feel or sound like therapy. Please be mindful of others, hate and exclusivity are not welcome on these platforms.
